Hosting a Fundraiser

Help your friends, family and co-workers make a difference when you fundraise for Foodshare. Every fundraiser makes a big difference in our community.

Did you know? For every $10 donated to Foodshare, we can provide enough food for 25 meals! Foodshare can stretch your cash donation because most of the food we distribute is already donated by the food industry. Monetary donations help us safely connect that donated food to our hungry neighbors through our network of 300 partner programs.

  • Host an online Virtual Food Drive
This is an easy and efficient way to help feed our neighbors. Foodshare will customize an online donation page complete with your choice of photo, text and theme and then we’ll send you a private link that you can share with your friends, family, and co-workers. All funds donated through your Virtual Food Drive will help Foodshare fight hunger in our community. Get started >
  • Host an Event
You can host your own event and choose Foodshare as the beneficiary. Ideas include birthdays, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, office dress-down days, and more!
